Understanding your balance and billing

InsideProxy runs on a prepaid balance instead of a fixed monthly invoice. You top up once, and usage — bandwidth for residential/mobile, per-IP charges for ISP/datacenter/IPv6 — draws down against that balance in real time.

Where to see your balance

Your current balance is always visible in the top bar of your dashboard, and in more detail on the Add balance page, which also shows your recent top-up history.

Topping up

Go to Add balance, pick an amount (or enter a custom one), choose OxaPay, and confirm. Funds are added instantly — there's no processing delay before you can use them.

Full invoice history

The Billing page lists every charge and top-up in one place, filterable by status and product. It also shows which payment method you've used the most and which one you used most recently, so you always know what's on file.

What happens at zero balance

Requests stop routing once your balance hits zero rather than letting you go negative. Top up at any time from Add balance to resume immediately — nothing about your generated endpoints or settings is lost while your balance is empty.
