The Service operates on a prepaid credit balance system. You add funds to your account wallet and proxy plans are purchased and activated by deducting from your balance. There are no automatic recurring subscriptions unless explicitly and separately agreed in writing.
- All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD)
- Payments are processed through third-party providers: Stripe (cards), PayPal, or cryptocurrency via NOWPayments
- Account balance does not expire provided the account remains in good standing and compliant with these Terms
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing active plans will not be retroactively affected, but new purchases will reflect current pricing
- Promotional pricing and discount codes are non-retroactive and may not be combined unless explicitly stated
- All sales are final upon activation of proxy credentials. See Refund Policy for exceptions
- We do not store full credit card numbers; card data is processed and stored exclusively by Stripe in a PCI-DSS compliant environment
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate, permanent account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount plus applicable fees through all available legal means
- You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchases in your jurisdiction. Our prices do not include VAT or other local taxes unless required by law
- We reserve the right to withhold fulfillment of any order suspected of fraud pending manual review
For billing issues, disputes, or invoicing requests, contact billing@insideproxy.net within 30 days of the relevant transaction.
Given the nature of digital proxy services where infrastructure costs are incurred immediately upon activation, our refund policy is as follows:
- Unused account balance (no plans activated): Eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of deposit. Submit a request to billing@insideproxy.net with your account email and reason
- Unused account balance (plans previously activated): Eligible for a partial refund of remaining balance within 7 days at our discretion, after deducting the cost of any activated plans
- Activated proxy plans: Non-refundable once proxy credentials have been issued, as server infrastructure, bandwidth allocation, and IP pool costs are immediately and irrecoverably incurred upon activation
- Datacenter or static plans with documented provider outages: Partial credit may be issued at our sole discretion for multi-day outages verified with our upstream provider
- Service degradation / prolonged outages: If a verified, prolonged outage (exceeding 12 consecutive hours) directly affects your active plan, we will issue proportional account credit. Credit amounts are calculated based on the pro-rated daily cost of the affected plan
- Fraudulent transactions: If you believe an unauthorized transaction occurred on your account, contact us immediately at billing@insideproxy.net before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider
- Accounts terminated for ToS violations: No refund will be issued under any circumstances for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We may issue refunds as account wallet credit or to the original payment method. Processing times vary: Stripe 5–10 business days, PayPal 3–5 business days, cryptocurrency refunds are issued as account credit only.
