Restricted categories

A few categories we watch more closely

InsideProxy is built for open web data collection, and most targets are fine. These categories carry higher legal or fraud risk, so extra rules apply on top of our general Acceptable Use Policy.

Government & public-sector systems

Tax authorities, court records, immigration portals, benefits systems and other .gov infrastructure. These systems are high-stakes and often log every access attempt — misuse can carry criminal penalties for you personally.

Automated scraping, account creation, or credential-stuffing against government systems is never permitted on our network.

Gambling, betting & lottery platforms

Sportsbooks, online casinos, lottery sites and betting exchanges. Licensing requirements vary by jurisdiction, and automated bonus abuse or multi-accounting is against most operators' own terms.

Publicly available odds or line data for research is fine. Creating accounts, placing bets, or bypassing self-exclusion/KYC checks through our network is not.

Charities & nonprofit donation platforms

Donation forms, crowdfunding pages and nonprofit portals. These sites are frequent targets for payment fraud and fake-donation schemes.

Market research and uptime monitoring are fine. Anything that touches a real payment or donation flow is not permitted.

Banking & financial institutions

Online banking, brokerage and payment-processor login pages.

Automated access here is indistinguishable from account-takeover activity and will get an account suspended quickly, refund or not.

Healthcare & patient portals

Patient record systems, prescription services and insurance portals hold some of the most sensitive personal data that exists.

We don't permit automated access to authenticated healthcare systems under any circumstances.

Elections & voter systems

Voter registration databases and election-result reporting systems.

Even well-intentioned automated polling can look identical to interference. We don't allow it.

Where this fits

Part of our Acceptable Use Policy, not a separate rulebook

This page doesn't replace Section 5 of our Terms — it just spells out, in plain language, the categories where we look closer. Accounts found violating either are suspended without refund, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.
