1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "Customer") and InsideProxy.net ("InsideProxy", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our proxy network, dashboard, API, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, adding balance, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Description of Service
InsideProxy provides access to a network of residential, ISP, datacenter, and mobile IP addresses, routed through a gateway, for the purpose of web data collection, monitoring, and related automation tasks. Access is provisioned on a prepaid balance basis — you add funds to your account, and usage (bandwidth or per-IP charges, depending on product) is deducted from that balance in real time.
We do not guarantee that any specific IP, pool, or target website will be accessible at any given time — availability can vary due to network conditions and factors outside our control.
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping it up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, proxy credentials, and any API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

- We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from Settings.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service, and not to permit any third party to use the Service, to:
- Engage in any activity that is illegal under the laws applicable to you or to the destination you are accessing.
- Access, generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. Accounts involved in this are terminated immediately without notice or refund and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or other activity intended to disrupt, disable, or damage third-party infrastructure.
- Commit or facilitate fraud, including payment fraud, account takeover, or credential stuffing against third-party services.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or engage in phishing.
- Circumvent security or authentication measures in a manner that violates applicable computer-fraud or unauthorized-access laws.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate, without refund, any account we reasonably believe has violated this policy. Where required, we will cooperate with law enforcement.

6. Fees, Billing and Payment
The Service operates on a prepaid balance model. You add funds via a supported payment method (currently OxaPay); funds are credited to your account balance, and usage is deducted from that balance as you consume bandwidth or provision IPs.
- Prices for each proxy type are shown in your dashboard and may change at any time; changes apply to future usage, not to balance already held.
- You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or charges levied by your payment provider.
- A balance of zero will prevent new proxy requests from being routed until you add funds — this is not a service interruption caused by us.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period remain your property and are not forfeited, subject to applicable unclaimed-property law.
7. Refund Policy
All balance top-ups are final. Because access to bandwidth and IPs is provisioned to your account immediately on payment, we do not issue refunds for change of mind, unused balance, or dissatisfaction with results obtained using the Service — including being blocked, rate-limited, CAPTCHA-challenged, or refused by third-party target websites, which is a normal and expected part of proxy usage and outside our control.
7.1 When we will consider a refund
We will review a refund request, in whole or in part and solely at our discretion, only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Verified service outage — the gateway or a specific pool you purchased returned connection or authentication errors substantially above our published baseline for a sustained period, confirmed by our own monitoring or by logs/evidence you provide.
- Billing error — you were charged more than once for the same top-up, or charged an amount that does not match what you selected, due to a fault on our platform.
- Non-delivery — funds were deducted from your balance but no corresponding bandwidth, IP access, or account credit was actually provisioned.
7.2 How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 7 days of the affected charge with your account email, the order or transaction ID, and supporting evidence (error logs, timestamps, or screenshots). Requests without evidence, or submitted after this window, will not be considered. We aim to respond to every request within 2 business days.
7.3 What is never refundable
- Balance already consumed to generate bandwidth or IP access, regardless of the results you obtained with it.
- Blocks, CAPTCHAs, or access denials issued by third-party target websites.
- Issues caused by misconfiguration, misuse of credentials, or faults in your own scripts, tools, or infrastructure.
- Any balance on an account suspended or terminated for violating Section 5 (Acceptable Use Policy).
8. Service Availability
We target 99.9% gateway uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via Announcements where practical. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, or policies of third-party websites you access through the Service.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risk or legal exposure for us or for other customers. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from Settings.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Refund Policy, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — remain in effect after your account is closed.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, dashboard, branding, and documentation, is owned by InsideProxy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose — nothing here transfers ownership of any InsideProxy intellectual property to you.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular target website will accept traffic routed through the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsideProxy and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold InsideProxy harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any claim arising from data you collect using the Service.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via Announcements or by email to the address on your account. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting [email protected] before either party pursues formal proceedings.
