What is InsideProxy and how does it work?
InsideProxy is a proxy network that gives you access to 120M+ IPs across 195+ countries, spanning residential, ISP, datacenter and mobile pools. Instead of your requests leaving directly from your own server or laptop, they're routed through one of our IPs — so the site you're talking to sees a normal residential or business connection instead of a flagged datacenter address.
How the network works
Every plan gives you a gateway endpoint (gate.insideproxy.net) and a port range. When you send a request through that gateway with your credentials, our routing layer picks an available IP from the pool you selected — a specific country, a specific city, or just "any" — and forwards your request through it. The response comes back through the same path. You never manage individual IPs directly; you just talk to the gateway and tell it what kind of exit you want.
What people use it for
- Web scraping and data collection at scale without getting blocked
- Price and inventory monitoring across regions
- Ad verification — checking what ads actually look like in different countries
- SEO rank tracking from specific cities or countries
- Market research and competitor analysis
- General automation that needs to look like real, distributed traffic
Getting started in three steps
- 1Create an account and add balance from Add balance in your dashboard.
- 2Open Generate proxies, pick a location and session type, and copy your credentials.
- 3Point your script, browser, or tool at the gateway using those credentials.
That's the whole loop. From here, the next articles walk through picking the right proxy type, choosing rotating vs sticky sessions, and wiring proxies into the language or tool you actually use.
